Paint Chrome Rims Black?

I want to paint a set of Chrome rims I have. They are twenty inches large so there not small in any way. I just need them gloss black and to look good.

Painting rims is not hard, but people forget to take their time. The whole process consists of prep work. Here is how the process should go.
Start by removing the rims on the vehicle. Once there off your going to want to clean them with soap and water. After that, we need to involve a chemical to strip the coating. If you want to remove the chrome, id use aircraft stripper.
After you have used the chemical to strip it down a bit, wipe clean. This chemical helps for paint adhesion. Lay your primer than paint and there you have it. Expensive paint goes far too remember.
