Do I need car title to scrap car?
I have an old beater car that is been sitting in my yard. I want to get rid of this car so I need to scrap it. does anybody know if I need a title in or just grab the car. I couldn’t think of a reason why they would need the title. I guess that would stop people from stealing cars in doing this. so maybe I do need the title? what do you guys think. I have no idea where the title is that is what the problem is. I did not get a chance to transfer the title either. goto the dmv they would not be able to get me a replicate. So I am kind of in a huge dilemma here. would you guys do in my situation. I just need to find my car title or else I’m screwed. I want to scrap this car but I do not have the title. I could really use the cash too.
