Body Filler Side Skirts
Can I body filler my side skirts? I have read that its a good idea to fiberglass the side skirts to the metal side of the car but could a person just use body filler and not fiberglass at all. How would I be able to just use body filler on the side skirts but not fiberglass because I don’t know how to do that?

Body Filler Over Primer
I am restoring a car of mine. Most people would restore a classic but this is an import car from Japan. Can I put body filler over my primer? After laying primer on the problem area I have been working on, I have realized that I need more body filller over the filler.
Do I have to sand down the body filler so that I’m applying raw filler on top of other filler or can I just apply it on top of the primer? I need help.
